The petitioner challenges an order passed by the District Court refusing to stay the proceedings before the Assistant Superintendent of Land Records for carrying out measurements for execution of partition decree.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the measurements have already been carried out. Hence the petition is rendered infructuous.

Writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
