The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, has placed on record a copy of the communication issued by the petitioner stating that she will deposit the balance amount within six weeks, being the entire dues mentioned in Certificate No. 177 of 2017-2018 dated 10 October 2017. If the petitioner deposits the entire balance dues within six weeks as per the certificate dated 10 October 2017, the respondent-Bank shall issue a 'No Dues Certificate' to the petitioner in respect of Certificate No. 177 of 2017-2018 within two weeks from the date of such deposit. 2.

With this clarification, the petition stands disposed of.

For a period of six weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in furtherance of the certificate in question. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
