This petition was mentioned today morning, after it was filed. Considering the issue involved in the matter, we granted circulation at 2.30 p.m.

We have perused the pleadings, the Sonography Report dated 15.06.2025, of a Private Hospital and the FIR dated 14.06.2025, bearing No. 392 of 2025, registered with Sangamner Taluka Police Station.

We are informed that the Petitioner (biological mother of the 14 years old victim) instructs the learned Advocate to state that the minor is in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar today.

WP NO.7220.2025 -24.

We appreciate that the learned AGP Ms. Neha Kamble has taken instructions and submits that the victim can be examined today itself in the Government Medical College and Hospital which has the facility for resorting to the medical termination of pregnancy, if permitted by this Court.

As such, let the mother and the victim appear before Respondent No. 2, the Dean of the Medical College. We request the learned AGP to communicate to the Dean that the victim should be subjected to a Medical Examination by the Competent Medical Board, today itself.

Let a Medical Report be generated indicating the medical status of the foetus and whether a medical termination is permissible ? Let the Medical Report be placed before us tomorrow, in a sealed envelope.

Parties to act on this order without waiting for the order to be uploaded on the official website of the Bombay High Court. 8.

List the matter tomorrow at Sr. No. 1.
