After considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner in the first case, we find that the very first appointment of the Petitioner on temporary basis vide Order dated 30/05/2011, was based on a simple application dated 30/05/2011, made by the Petitioner to the Management and instantaneously on the same date the appointment Order was issued on a consolidated honorarium of Rs.2500/-. 2.

The next appointment Order is dated 1st June, 2005 which does not indicate the publication of any advertisement, constitution of a valid selection Mane 2/3

committee, the Applicants who competed from the public at large. The appointment is issued on the condition that the Petitioner should give an undertaking/bond that she will work only on the honorarium. Now, vide this Petition, the Petitioner desires to migrate from the Junior College- unaided establishment to the Secondary level of the School - aided establishment. 3.

Prima facie, we cannot accede to this request. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would take instructions and produce the advertisement, if it was published. 5.

At his request, list this Petition on 30th July, 2025 in the urgent supplementary board.
