The distance between the Petitioner and her husband is presently 31 kms. There is no dispute that the GR dated 18.06.2024 facilitates couple convenience in order to bring the couple within 30 kms. 2.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits on instructions that the order rejecting the Petitioner's application will be served upon him. The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that after he receives the copy of the order, he would consider whether the Petitioner desires to approach this Court for challenging the order.

In view of the above, it is prayed that this Petition be disposed off by keeping all contentions open.

As such, this Petition is disposed off. We expect the Zilla Parishad to serve the copy of the order on the Petitioner within 15 days from today. Liberty to the Petitioner to avail of a remedy as may be permissible in law, if she is aggrieved by the said order. All contentions of all the parties are kept open.
