The Petitioner is a graduate in Arts faculty and has acquired B.Ed qualification in History and Sociology. Contention is that he is teaching Mathematics and Science and has tendered an application to the Education Officer requesting for allotting him subjects of Mathematics and Science. By this Writ Petition, he expects this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to permit a graduate in Arts, having done in B.Ed in History and Sociology, to teach Mathematics and Science. 2.

We are afraid that we cannot entertain such a request. 3.
