We are informed by the learned Advocate holding for Shri. Gutte, learned Advocate for the Corporation, that he has suffered a personal bereavement.

It is canvassed by the learned Senior Counsel, that these Petitioners, were absorbed by the Corporation under a specific scheme permitting such absorption either on the ground of couple convenience or surplusage or for any such reasons covered by the G.R. dated 16.02.2021. The grievance of these Petitioners is that they have been asked to report to different Zilla Parishad in a different District. The power of the Administrator/Commissioner, in passing such orders is also questioned in these petitions.

In the event, if any new teachers are appointed in the place of these Petitioners, the possibility of further complications cannot be ruled out. Hence, we direct status quo to be maintained. 6.
We make it clear that in the event we conclude in favour of the
