A distantly related cousin from the branch of Munjaji, said to be the biological brother of Eknath from whose branch the Petitioner derives his ancestry, has been granted a validity certificate on 19.10.2023 by the same committee before whom the Petitioner's claim is pending. 2.
The learned AGP submits that there are thousands of time bound cases pending before the committee under the orders of the Courts. It is a herculean task to deal with all these cases since a meticulous inquiry is required to be conducted especially in cases where none of the paternal relatives have a validity certificate. In the instant case, since the vigilance
( 2 ) 959 wp 7252.25 cell inquiry is in progress, the claim of the Petitioner would be decided by 15.08.2025, provided the Petitioner cooperates. 3.
The learned advocate for the Petitioner submits the e-mail address of the Petitioner for ease of correspondence, as under: punjajichavana@gmail.com 4.
In view of the above, let the committee enter into correspondence with the Petitioner on her e-mail address. The vigilance cell report would be supplied to her along with a statutory notice on email. The Petitioner would appear before the committee and tender the written submissions. Let this exercise be completed by 21.07.2025 and the committee would deliver its verdict on or before 15.08.2025. 5.
