The Petitioner joined employment on 16.6.2014, after the advent of the compulsion of having State TET qualification. She is working with the 'Late Shri Motilal Gopaldas Mathurawala Prathamik Vidya Mandir, Vanwadi, Pune" on the post of Assistant Teacher Shikshan Sevak. She received an approval on 29.10.2015. The approval granted to the Petitioner is intact. She passed her C-TET Exam on 03.03.2023. Shalarth I/D is not granted only on the ground that the Petitioner did not acquire the TET qualification prior to 31.3.2019 and as such, payment of salary is truncated.

The Petitioner was working as Assistant Teacher and received approval on 29.10.2015. The Primary School from 1st to 4th standard became eligible for 20% grant in aid on 25.3.2023. Therefore,23 now that she has acquired C-TET prior to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court Anjuman Ishaat-E-Taleem Trust v/s. State of Maharashtra and Others (Civil Appeal No. 1385 of 2025 and connected Appeals) , she would be entitled for the 20% grant in aid benefit, if there is no legal impediment.

The case of the Petitioner is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court dated 11th September, 2025 in Sagar Dattatray Chorghe & Others v/s. State of Maharashtra & Others (Writ Petition No. 7943 of 2024 and Writ Petition No. 861 of 2025). 4.

For the same reasons, this Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner would be granted Shalarth I/D, if there is no other legal impediment. If we notice that an unreasonable stand is taken by the department for raising frivolous objections, we would take Department to task.
