Dr Sanjay Jain, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 11061 of 2025 submits that in terms of the order dated 28th August 2025 passed by this Court and the batch of Writ Petitions, a meeting of the Society was held on 9th November 2025 under the overall supervision of the Deputy Registrar, R/North Zone, Mumbai, wherein one of the contesting developers, viz., M/s. Ratansingh & Sons, i.e., the Respondent No. 4 in Writ
Petition No.10806 of 2025 has been elected by the members present and voting by 140 votes as against 69 votes polled by its rival. As such, with the selection of the re-developer, the controversy involved in these proceedings has now come to an end.

Mr Walimbe, learned Additional GP appearing for the Respondent-State, has supported the said submission and he has also produced a report dated 11th November 2025 signed by Mr Ajit Dakare, the Authorised Officer cum Assistant Cooperative Officer, R/North Ward, which supports the above submissions made by Dr Jain. We have perused the Report.

The learned counsel appearing for the other parties have also agreed that with the selection of the developer, the controversy involved in these Writ Petitions has come to an end. If that be so, nothing further survive for adjudication in these Writ Petitions and, hence, the same can be closed. 4.
These Writ Petitions are accordingly, closed by granting leave to the respective parties to withdraw any proceedings pending before the Registrar/ Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies, pertaining to the issues directly and substantially involved in these Writ Petitions, if so advised.

A copy of the Report dated 11th November 2025 is retained on record and marked as "X" for identification, with today's date.

Before parting with the record, we wish to place on record our appreciation for the assistance rendered by Mr Ajit Dakare, the Authorised Officer cum Assistant Cooperative Officer, R/North Ward, in conducting the meeting of the Housing Society on 9th November 2025 as per the directions of this Court. 7.
In view of disposal of the Writ Petitions, all pending Interim Applications also stand disposed of.
