This Court has already granted time to the Committee until 25.08.2025, to decide the claim of the Petitioner, vide the order dated 25.02.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.2586/2025 filed by the present Petitioner. Now, by this Petition, the Petitioners seeks a direction for reducing the period granted to the Competent Committee to decide the claim on the ground that the Petitioner has appeared for the entrance examination to a professional course.

We are informed that not a single person from the paternal side related to the Petitioner, has been granted a validity. This first case,

Two more months remain for the Committee to decide the claim. We cannot reduce the timeline since it would cause tremendous pressure on the Committee and there is a possibility that the Committee will have to hurriedly decide the claim.
