The Petitioner's claim for seeking a validity certificate for the "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe category, is pending. The hearing pursuant to the submission of the Vigilance Cell report, is concluded.

The learned AGP is instructed to say that the judgment would be delivered on or before 31.07.2025. 3.

The Petitioner's service has been protected by an order dated 25.06.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.6141 of 2024. She

(( 2 )) 925-WP-7330-2025 has tendered an affidavit to the employer, stating that she would not claim any increment/ pay fixation/ promotion/ service benefits, etc., until her claim is validated. We are, therefore, continuing the said relief and in the event her claim is invalidated by the Committee, as the Petitioner desires to approach the High Court, the protection would continue on the same conditions set out in her earlier affidavit. In short, the affidavit tendered dated 07.07.2024, would continue to bind the Petitioner.
