The Petitioner's biological sister has been granted a validity certificate by the order of this Court dated 30.07.2019, passed in Writ Petition No.8296/2019, at the Principal Seat (Phalguni Chandrashekhar Thakur Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.). The learned AGP submits on instructions, that the Vigilance Cell Inquiry is still pending. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a close relative has recently been granted a validity certificate in 2024.

The learned AGP submits that the claim of the Petitioner would be decided as expeditiously as possible and an attempt would be
