Being aggrieved and dissatisfied because no decision was taken on the proposal forwarded by the petitioners to the respondent no.2-Education Officer (Secondary) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as "Shikshan Sevaks" in the schools run by Jaybhavani Education Society Girvai, Tal-Phaltan, District-Satara, the petitioners have approached this Court by filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

The petitioners were appointed as "Shikshan Sevaks" on 15th June 2018 after following the due process. The apointment orders were issued to the petitioners on 14th June, 2018 and the petitioners joined their respective schools. Proposal was forwarded by Head Masters of their respective schools to the respondent no.2 on 9th January 2025 seeking approval to the appointment of the Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

The respondent no.2-Education Officer (Secondary) is directed to take a decision on the proposal submitted by the petitioners within a period of four weeks.
