The learned AGP submits on instructions that the earlier Committee had heard the pending proposal finally, after furnishing of the Vigilance Cell Inquiry Report. However the constitution of the Committee underwent a change. The new Committee conducted a hearing and closed the matter for Judgment on 16.06.2025. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the biological sister of the Petitioner has been granted a validity certificate. 3.

Since the matter has been heard by the new Committee and
