Admission Process (CAP) Registration Schedule for A.Y. 202526 for B.Ed. course. Accordingly, B.Ed. course candidate registration and application form filling for MS/OMS candidates is from 25.06.2025 to 10.07.2025. Further, e-Scrutiny of uploaded documents and filled in Application forms by the e-verification Team is from 25.06.2025 to 15.07.2025. It is further mentioned in the said notice that the complete schedule of CAP - 2025 will be displayed on the website in due course.

Shri. Patel, learned A.G.P. on instructions made it very clear that the schedule which has been provided is only for registration and filling up the application forms and e-scrutiny of uploaded documents of the students and nothing more. So far as the preferences are concerned, it is pointed out that proposals of approximately 600 colleges in the State of Maharashtra are pending for grant of NOC before the Competent Authority, which includes the proposal made by the Petitioner- Institution. It is submitted that it is only after the collages are registered on Centralised Admission Process, the preferences will be called for in respect of the colleges.

At this stage Mr. Desai, learned Senior Advocate expressed an apprehension that as their proposal has been rejected, the Petitioner - Institution may be in difficulty. 4.

Shri. Patel, learned A.G.P. on instructions made it clear that the revised proposal of the petitioner is being considered on its own merits afresh.

In the light of the statement made by the learned A.G.P., at present there is nothing for the Petitioner to be apprehensive about. Liberty to apply at a later stage if need arises is kept open. All contentions are kept open. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
