The Petitioner is admittedly figuring in the list of 7500 plus candidates who are alleged to have indulged in the TET Exam Result Scam of 2019. Their TET Exam results have been cancelled and their certificates, if granted, have been confiscated. 2.

The Petitioner claims to be in the service of Respondent No. 4 Institution.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 14th October, 2025.

The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Affidavit in reply be filed, at least, one week prior to the returnable date.

Until further orders, if the Employer desires to continue the Petitioner in service in the light of the above facts and circumstances, the salary to be paid to the Petitioner, shall be borne by the Employer until further orders.
