Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The relief prayed in this petition is for directions to the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue (respondent No.16) before whom Revision Application No.835 of 2023/J-4 filed on 6th April 2023 by the petitioners is pending, to expedite the hearing and decide the said revision application. 3.

Learned AGP submitted that due to the heavy work load, it will take atleast six months for the revisional authority to decide the same. The revision application is Pramod Lakare

In this view of the matter, we request the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue/Revisional Authority to decide the revision, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today but in any case within the outer limit of six months from today.
