Heard Mr. Anturkar, Learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner. Learned Senior Advocate submits that the impugned order is passed in breach of the principles of natural justice and even the reply has not been considered. It is further submitted that the high ranking officials of the State Government are on the Board of Directors of the Petitioner-Museum, who had recommended the State Government to release the funds, despite which the funds were not released and now the Pramod Lakare

Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions.

In our opinion, Prima facie case is made out for grant of interim relief. Impugned orders dated 3rd of May, 2025 at page - 24 of the paper book passed by the Collector and consequential order dated 5th June, 2025 at page-26 which is a possession notice, are stayed till further orders.
4.
List the Petition on 13th June, 2025 "for directions" to enable the learned AGP to take instructions.
