Learned AGP submits that there is a limited relief sought by the petitioners to direct the Honble Revenue and Forest Minister, who is the respondent No.1, for deciding the Second Revision Application filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 expeditiously. The learned AGP, in all fairness, on instructions, submits that within a period of three months from today the Second Revision Application filed by the petitioners before the respondent No.1 will be decided.
