A praecipe has been filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeking speaking to the minutes of the order dated 20th June 2025. He submits that the name of Dr. Uday Prakash Warunjikar is not reflected in the appearance column and in the order. 1/3

Accordingly, in the appearance column, the name of the advocate appearing for the petitioner be shown as: "Dr. Uday Warunjikar a/w Ms. Gargi Warunjikar for the Petitioner", and the name of Ms. Gargi Warunjikar be replaced with that of Dr. Uday Warunjikar wherever it appears in the order dated 20th June 2025. 4.

It is further pointed out that there is a clerical error in paragraph 4 of the order, inasmuch as two lines from paragraph 3 have been inadvertently repeated in paragraph 4. 5.

Accordingly, paragraph 4 be corrected to read as under: "4. Dr. Warunjikar, learned Counsel appeared for the Petitioner and Mr. B.V. Samant, learned AGP, represented the State."
