In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to decide the complaint/ representation dated 8th December 2024 filed by him for withdrawal of the Letter of Intent (LoI) dated 21st November 2023 issued in favour of respondent no. 4.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties at length. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the Chief Vigilance Officer, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited to decide the complaint/representation dated 8th December 2024

14-WP.7425.2025.doc submitted by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the respondent no. 4, within a period of two months from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
