In view of order passed by this Court on 23.06.2025, petitioner was permitted to participate in the tender process. Now the affidavit has also been filed by Mr. Umaji Rajaram Bothikar, District Mining Officer, Collector Office, Parbhani stating that in the said tender process also the petitioner stood as L-1. While passing the order on 23.06.2025, this Court, while permitting concerned authority to proceed with the auction bidding process stated that after the entire process is complete, permission of this Court should be sought for finalizing the auction. In view of the same, learned AGP is also submitting that they are unable to ask the petitioner to deposit 25% of the auction amount. PB-2-WP-7436-2025.odt

Taking into consideration these events which are taken through us, it can be seen that the purpose of petition is satisfied and therefore, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the concerned authority to finalize the auction as per the procedure.
