A limited relief in this petition is for direction to the Court of Small Causes to hear and decide the applications (Exhibits-9 and 14) preferred by the petitioner and an application for rejection of the plaint (Exhibit-100) preferred SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI by the respondent expeditiously.

The petitioner prays for a direction to hear the application on day to day basis. Such directions cannot be given.

The only relief that can be granted in this petition is to request the learned Judge, Court of Small Causes, seized with SC RAE&R Suit No.1757/2014 to hear and decide the application for rejection of the plaint (Exhibit-100), which is stated to be part heard, as expeditiously as possible and, thereafter, depending upon the outcome of the application for rejection of the plaint, decide the applications (Exhibits-9 and

14) preferred by the petitioner - plaintiff, as expeditiously as possible.

Since the suit has been instituted in the year 2014, the learned Judge, Court of Small Causes, is requested to hear and decide the application for rejection of the plaint (Exhibit100) as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within the period of four months from the date of communication of this order, and, thereafter, if warranted, decide the applications (Exhibits-9 and 14) also as expeditiously as possible. 6.

The petition stands disposed.
