Learned advocate appearing for respondents placed on record order dated 30.09.2025 passed in Miscellaneous Application Nos.1001 of 2019 and 1002 of 2019 by the Joint Charity Commissioner, whereby miscellaneous applications itself are disposed of since they have been withdrawn by the applicants therein. 3.

Since original proceedings are disposed of, the prayers in present writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
