1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instrctions, submits that the Petitioner would not press prayers clauses (a), (b) and (c), and would confine this petition to a representation dated 22.07.2024 made by the Petitioner to the Assistant Commissioner Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation-Respondent. This representation is to the effect that the plea of the Petitioner for grant of compensation be considered in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. We accordingly dispose of this petition directing the Assistant Commissioner to consider such representation of the Petitioner and take an appropriate decision on the same after hearing the petitioner. Such representation be decided within the period of four weeks from the day a copy of the order is placed before the said officer.

3. All rights and contentions in that regard are expressly kept open.

4. Disposed of. No costs.
