The Petitioner has no locus. Allegations are made that Respondent Nos.7 and 8 have constructed a swimming pool on their own property, which is situated far away at Bendipada, Yeoor Hills, Thane (West). The Petitioner claims to be a social worker. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, on instructions.
