S.48. WP.7460.2025.odt as the reliefs as sought for, in prayer clauses 'a' to 'd' do not survive, inasmuch as the said reliefs have already been redressed. As far as prayer clause 'e' is concerned, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays that liberty be granted to the Petitioners to pursue the same before the appropriate forum, including filing of a Petition/Application in this Court. The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 2.
We make it clear that we have not heard petition on merits and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.
