Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Minister by an order dated 14/10/2024 disposed of the Appeal/Revision under Section 43 of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963. The petitioner herein is the applicant no.3 before the Hon'ble Minister. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the order of the Hon'ble Minister is not being implemented. The petitioner therefore made a representation on 25/11/2024 to the respondent no.2- The Director, Directorate of the Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune for

Heard learned AGP for the respondents. In our opinion, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, the petition can be disposed by directing the respondent no.2 - The Director, Directorate of the Marketing, Maharashtra State, Pune to decide representation dated 25/11/2024, which is at page no.36 of the paper-book, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 6 weeks from 18/06/2025. The petitioner is expected to place this order before the respondent no.2 for consideration. 3.
