It appears that the present petition arises out of proceedings relating to fixation of the upset price. By the impugned order, the Revisional Authority refused to grant interim relief to the petitioner. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed the present petition, this Court granted ad-interim relief. 2.

In these circumstances, it would be in the interest of justice that, the Revisional Authority shall decide the revision application within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties.

The parties shall remain present before the Revisional Authority on 8th December 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

Ad-interim relief earlier granted by this Court shall continue to remain in operation for a further period of two weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. 6.
