Heard Mr. Gujar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Ms. Gandhi, learned Advocate for Respondents.

On 19.06.2025, order was passed, inter alia, staying the impugned action and directing Respondents to file Affidavit-in-Reply. 3.
Ms. Gandhi would persuade the Court to give her final opportunity of two weeks because due to certain exigency and instructions she could not file Affidavit-in-Reply. 4.
At her request, one final opportunity is given to Respondents - Regional Provident Fund Commissioner to file its reply. 5.
It is clarified that if Reply is not filed, in view of exigency
22.WP.7497.2025+.doc mentioned by Mr. Gujar and facts and circumstances of present case, this Court will have to determine the Writ Petition on the basis of material available in the present case since substantial order has been passed pursuant to order passed on 19.06.2025. Affidavit-in-Reply shall be filed and copy of the same shall be served on Mr. Gujar. 6.
Rejoinder, if any, is permitted to be filed.
