Only for the reason that submission on instructions from Mr. Kamlesh Pawar, Section Officer, OBC Department has been made in the Court by Mr. A.R. Deolekar, the learned State's counsel that the order dated 27th April 2023 was never communicated to the petitioner, we are adjourning hearing of this writ petition by two weeks to enable the State-respondents to file their reply affidavit in this matter.
