By this Petition, the only relief sought by the Petitioner is a direction to the Respondent No.2-Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the Petitioner's application dated 28th April 2024 seeking grant of Caste Validity Certificate within a specified time limit. 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, states that the Petitioner's application dated 28th April 2024 will be decided within two weeks from today. Statement accepted.

The Petitioner to appear before the Respondent No.2 on 18th June 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
