The Petitioner's biological brother has been granted a conditional validity certificate by the order of this Court dated 23.10.2024 (Nilesh Narayan Padale Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Anr., WP No.11834/2024). His biological sister is also said to have been granted a validity certificate though the same is not produced before the Court. 2.

In view of the above, the learned AGP submits that the claim of the Petitioner would be decided within six weeks. 3.
