The Petitioner is aggrieved that Respondent No.5 - Sinhgad Technical Education Society and Respondent No.6 - Sinhgad Dental College and Hospital, are not paying the salary of the Petitioner on a regular basis.

Considering the said order, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would avail of the said remedy. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect the grievances committee to deal with the grievance of the Petitioner expeditiously and pass appropriate orders after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, preferably within a period of 90 days.
