Both the Petitioners contend that there are 25 validity holders in the family who have been granted the said certificates by the Committee and 10 more family members are granted Validity Certificates by the High Court. All are closely related from the paternal side. Most of the validity certificates are subject to review in the 1996 case of Prakash Daulatrao Sapkal.

The learned AGP submits that the claims will be decided within 30 days.
