On 30th July 2025 we had passed the following order: "1.Not on board. Taken on board.

2.

It is alleged that the secured asset has been trespassed by the borrower.

Learned AGP to take instructions as to within what time the trespasser will be removed and the possession handed over back to the Petitioner in terms of the decision of this Court in Kotak Mahindra bank Ltd. & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors. In Writ Petition No.6805 of 2023 decided on 30th June 2023.

List the matter on 12th August 2025 under the caption "for fresh admission"."

The learned AGP on instruction submits that within a period of eight weeks from today, the possession of the ZIP

The petitioner is willing to pay the necessary charges for police protection. If the request is made, the In-Charge of the concerned Police Station to ensure that the police protection is provided.

In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of. 5.

Liberty to apply if any difficulty arises.
