The Petitioner tendered his proposal for validation of his claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe Category, on 19.05.2025. This Petition is filed on 14.06.2025 seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

The learned AGP submits that there are thousands of proposals pending and in hundreds of matters, this Court has granted time frames ranging from 30 days to 120 days and it is a humanly impossible to rush through this matter. Yet the Committee would endeavour to decide
