By a separate order passed today, the petition has been dismissed. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes a statement, on instructions, that the petitioners shall vacate the subject structures on or before 11.07.2025. The said statement is treated as an undertaking given to this Court and the petitioners shall abide by such an undertaking.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 - developer submits that in lieu of the aforesaid undertaking, the said respondent will not be activating the machinery for evicting the petitioners till 11.07.2025.
