In Writ Petition No. 15081 of 2023, learned advocate representing respondents No. 5 and 6, on instructions from his clients (respondents No. 5 and 6), who were present in the Court, submitted that, petitioners therein are not occupying the subject matter/property. Therefore, following directions were given by the learned Single Judge of this Court:

In view of the statement made by Mr.
Yadkikar, the Tahsildar, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar shall ensure full assistance to the respondents/ financial institution to hold possession on the subject matter property."

According to the petitioner, in spite of above directions, Tahsildar is not taking any action.

Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 to implement the directions issued by Single bench of this Court in the order dated 06.04.2026 passed in Writ Petition No. 15081 of 2023 (Asha Dhondiram Lashkare and Another Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Others), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

In view of disposal of writ petition, pending civil application, stands disposed of.
