By order dated 12.08.2025, this Court had issued certain directions and it was made clear that if there was no compliance, the respondent No.2 - Tahsildar would remain personally present before this Court.

The Tahsildar is indeed personally present in this Court, but it is explained by the learned AGP that out of the properties that are subject matter of these petitions, as regards two properties, possession has been handed over to the petitioner and therefore there is compliance. But, as

2 958.CA.9321.25.odt regards the other properties, the petitioner informed that due to Ganpati Festival, sufficient police protection could not be provided and therefore the directions issued by this Court could not be complied with. 3.

Now that the Ganpati Festival is over, we are assured that the directions issued by this Court would be complied with before the next date of listing.

List the petition for further consideration on 18.09.2025, 'High on Board'.
