The petitioner -Sanghatna is challenging the corrigendum by which the transfers effected by the Zilla Parishad have been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner raised various contentions in support of the petitioner's case. Prima facie, we are of the opinion that the writ petition at the behest of the petitioner-Sanghatna in the matter of decision as regards the transfer of the employees may not be maintainable. The 1/2
Urmila Ingale 58-wp-7659-25.doc employees can always raise individual grievance if they are aggrieved by the cancellation of their transfer orders.
