Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and seeks time to take instructions. Mr. Patil, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of newly added Respondent No.7M.S.R.D.C. Humdast permitted. 5.
In addition to Court notice, learned counsel for the Petitioners to serve the Respondent Nos.4 to 6 by private notice and file Affidavit of service before the next date. 6.
Notice to indicate that an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the Petition finally at the stage of admission, considering that the land in question has been acquired for construction of Eastern Ring Road, Pune.

Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, in the meantime, the concerned Respondent not to take possession of 37.50 R land and 11.4 land situated in Gut No.18, Village Katwi, Taluka Mawal, District Pune, till the next date.
