The Petitioner claims that Respondent No. 5, The Sinhgad Technical Education Society, is not paying her salary. Reliance is placed on the order of this Court dated 17th July 2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 6765 of 2018 and other connected cases. 2.

For the reasons set out in the said order passed in Writ Petition No. 6765 of 2018, the Petitioner may approach the Grievance Redressal Committee (with her grievance) under the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) (Redressal of Grievance of Faculty / Staff Member) Regulations, 2021.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he will approach the Grievance Redressal Committee and, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. 4.
