The learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.7747 of 2025 and petitioner No.2 in-person in Writ Petition No.7741 of 2025, submit that there is grave urgency in the matter. It is further submitted that when an attempt was made to serve the copies of petitions on the respondent No.3-society, they refused to accept the 1/2

910 & 912_WP_7741 & 7747_25.doc same, due to which the copies had to be e-mailed. This allegation is refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3society today. 2.

Be that as it may, the copies of the said petitions have been served on the learned counsel appearing for the said respondent in the Court today.
