We are not inclined to entertain the present petition as the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short " the Tribunal"). However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only relief he is pressing is that the competent authority to decide the representation dated 04/06/2025 which is at page 26 of the writ petition. Even this relief can be the subject matter before the Tribunal. In any case, representation has been made to the 1/2

Urmila Ingale 908-wp-7754-25.doc Additional Chief Secretary, Forest Department, Mantralaya. There is no reason why the representation made by the petitioner who is the Deputy Director with the Forest Department will not be looked into and taken to its logical conclusion at the earliest.

The Additional Chief Secretary, undoubtedly, will look into the representation and take the same to the logical conclusion at the earliest.
