Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 6th January, 2023, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Mumbai, awarding compensation under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has an apprehension that, the petitioner may not be permitted to lead evidence in MACP/1190/2022, in which the impugned order is passed.

Suffice to clarify that, the impugned order will not come in the way of the petitioner, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to 1/2

The petition stands disposed.
