The only contention as urged on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner shall vacate the tenement within ten days from today and till that time no coercive action be taken of a forcible eviction. If the undertaking is not filed and served on the advocate for the SRA, the respondents are free to take appropriate action which is already set into motion.
