Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

In this Petition, the Petitioner has assailed the validity of the notice inviting tender dated 17 May 2025, inter-alia, on the ground that in respect of the same work, previously tender notice dated 7 December 2024 was issued. It is also submitted that in the notice inviting tender dated 7 December 2024, the Petitioner was declared successful bidder and the work order has been issued in his favour. However, without cancelling the first tender, the second notice inviting tender has been issued. 1/2

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable within two weeks. Any action taken in pursuance of the tender notice dated 17 May 2025 shall be subject to outcome of the Writ Petition.
