The Petitioner is a member of the Indraprastha Cooperative Housing Society Limited. It is his contention that the office bearers of the Society have indulged in acts contrary to the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Societies Act, 1960 and there are allegations made by him about financial irregularities committed by the office bearers. A complaint was made by the Petitioner to the Deputy Divisional Registrar, Co-operative Societies, MHADA on 24/06/2022 which is at page 18 of the paper-book. PMB

906.wp.7808-2025modified.doc Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that though he was duly heard by the Deputy Divisional Registrar, Co-operative Societies, MHADA on 22/05/2023 and it was indicated that the appropriate orders would be passed on the said complaint, no such order is forthcoming. 3.

In the facts of the present case, we therefore direct the Respondent No.3-Deputy Divisional Registrar, Co-operative Societies, MHADA to decide the complaint dated 24/06/2022 within a period of six weeks from today on its own merits, if not already decided. It is open for the Respondent No.3 to rehear the Petitioner if he finds it necessary. The Petitioner undertakes to co-operate. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
